Return/Exchange Policy


Condition of Products
To be eligible for a Return / Exchange, your item must be unused, not open and is in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe
Our Return/Exchange policy is valid for 90 days from when your purchase was delivered.

Any Return/Exchange request after the 90 days timeframe will not be entertained.

* Take note that the exchange is subjected to stock availability. All promotional items and 12pcs Taped / Pull up pants, exchange or refund is not applicable.

Return Process
In order to obtain a refund or exchange successfully from Pee-Ka-Poo, please follow the steps below accordingly:

Step 1: Submit a request for Return or Exchange via Whatsapp : 8766 7925 or Email : ask@peekapoo.com , within 90 days from when your order was delivered. Send all the required details, such as order number, pictures of unopened items and reason for exchange.

Step 2: You will be notified as soon as possible if your request for Return / Exchange is approved. Then, you are required to send the returning and/or exchanging item(s) to either our warehouse, within 7 days from when your request for Return / Exchange is approved.

Step 3: Once your returned and/or exchanged item(s) is received, we will proceed with the exchange.

Alternatively, you can request to make the Return / Exchange with our supporting courier service but there will be a delivery charge based on parcel’s weight. Please contact us for more details on how to proceed forward with this option.

Refund Policy


Pee-Ka-Poo only offers Store credit refund.

To request for a Store credit refund:


1. Contact us via Whatsapp : 8766 7925 or Email : ask@peekapoo.com to request for a Store credit refund with the order number, picture of the items to be refunded and reason for the refund.

2. Upon approval, we will calculate the store credit amount.

3. Customers will have to return the items to our warehouse within 7days upon request.

4. Customers may choose and exchange other Pee-Ka-Poo products equivalent to the Store credit refund amount.
