Why Pee-Ka-Poo diaper does not leave an odour after my baby Poop/Pee?
Note that we don't add any fragrance to our diapers. The reason why there is no odour, that’s a benefit of our Permasorp core. How odour develops is due to urine touching the baby's skin. When the skin is moist with urine, bacteria forms. It is this bacteria that causes the odour. As for our Permasorp core, it absorbs pee really quickly and locks it in the diaper. Therefore keeping baby's butt really dry leaving no chance for bacteria to develop, therefore no odour.
My diaper leaked! What’s the solution?
Usually when that happens, it is because the diaper wasn't worn properly. Pee-Ka-Poo diapers come with an extended waistline, so you’ll need to wear it higher and this problem should be resolved.
Does Pee-Ka-Poo diaper uses Wetness Indicator?
The Founders discussed this subject with the R&D department and decided not to include a wetness indicator as it spoils the cute prints of the diaper. The wetness technology is still not at a standard we are satisfied with. We will revisit this function again when we come up with a better technology without disturbing the aesthetics of the diapers.

How do I place an order?
It’s easy – just place an order on our website and it will be delivered straight to your doorstep! Relieving you the effort of carrying heavy bulky diapers.
Can I order by phone?
We do not take orders over the phone. However, you may order directly from our mobile website on your smartphone.

How do I know that my order is successful?
After your order is complete, you will receive an email order confirmation, which confirms your order number, name, item purchased and delivery address. You will then receive another email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.


About Shipping

How do I track my package?
As soon as your package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number and a tracking link. About Returns & Exchanges

Can I return the diapers if I changed my mind with the purchase?
Due to hygiene reasons, we accept returns for unopened products and for orders that do not exceed 3 months from the date of purchase, you may return your products for a refund at ( in terms of credit ):

Should your exchange require pick-up and delivery, all you have to do is bear the courier charges and we’ll arrange the exchange for you.
My baby has grown and requires a larger size diaper but I still have an unopened pack of diapers. Can I exchange it for a larger size pack?
For unopened packages that do not exceed 3 months from the date of purchase, we accept exchanges at:
